Women in Public Affairs Scotland
Women in Public Affairs launched in Scotland in 2019. Since then we’ve heard from inspirational women including John Smith Centre Director Kezia Dugdale and Claire Baker MSP, and have partnered with some fantastic organisations such as the Scottish Association for Mental Health and the Third Sector Women’s Network.
We are planning an ambitious programme of networking events and training opportunities, as well as the continuation of our very popular In Conversation series. We’ll be holding events online and in-person on a range of topics, so please do sign up to our quarterly newsletter to stay posted.
We are always on the look out for new supporters and sponsors willing to host events. If you have any ideas for events or initiatives, have a great speaker in mind or a convenient venue space, we would love to hear from you.
You can also catch us during our monthly podcast slot under the Politics Galore banner. Every month our committee members speak to leaders in the industry or discuss the politics of the day through a Scottish lens. You’ll find all our past episodes at The Unofficial Report.
